3M Adaptic Non-Adhering Dressing - 7.6 x 20.3 cm
A sterile, primary wound contact layer designed to protect regenerating tissue while minimizing pain and trauma during dressing changes. The knitted cellulose acetate mesh is impregnated with a petrolatum emulsion, allowing exudate to pass freely to a secondary dressing.

- Allows fluid transfer to secondary dressings, minimizing exudate pooling and maceration
- Can be cut to size without unraveling or shredding
