Car leasing is done through Flare, our HR platform. A novated lease gives you the ability to budget and pay for your motor vehicle finance and running costs from your pre-tax salary. You may also get access to fuel and car discounts using Flare’s buying power.
We offer a very generous paid parental leave scheme. To be eligible, employees must have completed 12 months of continuous service prior to taking the leave.
Birthday leave is an additional day of leave that can be used in the month of your birthday. To be eligible, our people must have completed 6 months of continuous service. The day of leave cannot be split into two days and is limited to only one full business day a year. Please refer to the Birthday leave policy.
